Positive: Position was good, pretty close to city center (20 min. walk to the harbour). Mr. Baudoin was really kind helping us getting the key a bit sooner than check-in mentioned hour. The apartment was big, suitable even for 6 people. Both bathrooms have showers. The kitchen was well equiped, having every tool you need. I think the parking lots in front of the house were free, first arrived can take the spot.
Negative: Cleaning was good all around, but should be paid more attention to the small details (the glassses were a bit dirty and sticky, pretty much dust below the beds, those kind of things).

Positive: Great value for money, cosy room and included tea and coffee. Location was close to tram, bus stop and coffee shops.
Negative: The directions to getting the key could be clearer. The address provided was in Hungarian so even deciphering the door number was not straightforward and there were no signs to help. It was the middle of the night so I really didn’t want to call the owner and it took quite some looking for until we found the key.

Negative: The building where the apartment is located could be nicer and the day light isn't coming in the apartment.
